Rate Negotiation –
Negotiation is an art. It requires a tenacity and
ability to look at things outside the box. It means going back and forth,
sometimes, many times to arrive at the best overall package to accomplish our
goals. Touch negotiation is what separates Griffin Media from the rest. We're
seasoned negotiators who know how to make every media dollar
count.

our clients get the most bang for their buck. After we have explored all
available media within a given market, and.

clients a wide array of media information. Some of the most common reports are:
rankers, individual station orders, overall schedule summaries, reach and
frequency repots, post reports, qualitative graphs, competitive shopping and
closing ratio graphs.
Traffic –
We can monitor and issue traffic instructions for
our clients, and through the invoice audit and electronic invoicing, we can
check all traffic codes to ensure that the correct spot
ran.
Post Analysis –
Once a schedule has run, Griffin Media inputs each
and every exact spot time, rate, and traffic code to determine rating delivery
against our goals. We check estimated ratings verses actual post summaries. We
can also look at actual reach and frequency verses our reach and frequency
goals. Griffin Media can also post cable by system and network. We can also
compare programs in DMA verses hardwired cable
universes.
Invoice Audit –
All invoices are checked by line item to ascertain if
